Hi, I'm Reuben! I am an orchestral conductor, math tutor, I graduated cum laude with a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Harvard University, and then received my master's of music in orchestral conducting at the Johns Hopkins University Peabody Conservatory. I am the founder and music director of the Boston Orchestra Book Club, an ensemble focused on education, equity, and community engagement. For years, I have played bassoon in many orchestras, including the National Youth Orchestra of the USA and the Harvard-Radcliffe Orchestra. I was music director of the Harvard Bach Society Orchestra and have conducted the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra. I have done research in math that has resulted in a paper submitted for publication. I am also a powerlifter, origami artist, and photographer!
