My process
My process is to understand the needs and the experiences of the student at the start, this allows me to understand a bit of the student's goals and dreams while building a relationship. The next step is to do a haul of academics, performance, interests, career desires, and potential avenues. Then the conversation starts with understanding what is needed and we goal set to ensure deadlines are met and the process is easier.
