About

***Update September 2023: Due to the current demand for support, I am no longer able to take on new clients. I will be available for essay review only.*** I'm an MIT grad and 10-year veteran of SpaceX. I’ve led and worked with some of the most talented and high-performing individuals on the planet. With this experience, I developed a process to maximize the success of everyone I brought into my team at SpaceX. I focused on coaching and skills development, and the results were excellent: 100% of the people I hired were promoted to the highest level possible, and over half became team leaders in the organization. I founded Fitzroya Consulting, an independent educational consultancy, to apply these processes to my student coaching today. My mission is to share those lessons with students to maximize their chances of getting into their top choice colleges and having success beyond in their careers.

My process

I coach students to work on ways to know themselves better and develop key life skills.

I work with the parent and student to gather essential information about their status and goals. With those inputs, we apply personalized coaching systems, tools, and exercises I have developed. I continuously monitor progress towards the goals through regular 1:1 check-ins.
