AP scores reporting in college apps

Is it good to report AP score of 4’s Or only if it is 5 then it should be reported. I have received conflicting information about reporting AP scores in college Apps.

It really depends on the colleges you're applying to. Ivies and similar top institutions only offer credit for 5s and that, too, only rarely-to-sometimes. Most colleges in the US, though, should offer credit for a 3+. More commonly, a 4 or higher is needed. Check the websites of the colleges you're applying to for more information.

Also, from what I've heard, AP Scores do not make a huge difference in your application, but it's just anecdotal evidence ¯\(ツ)

A 1 and 2 are failing grades so don’t manually report them. At selective but not elite schools (ones that have about a 40-60s) admit rate I’d include 3s if they give college credit for those classes. Then report all 4s and 5s.

I would suggest reporting all AP scores you have! Most colleges offer credit for AP scores of 3 or higher.
