Can I get some reassurance or advice?
I understand that there is no particular activity that will get you into so and so college, and I could come up with some of my own ideas to pursue, but sometimes the strenuous competition makes me feel as if I'm not "good enough". Can I get some advice on how to deal with or overcome this feeling?
Earn karma by helping others:
I definitely understand how you feel. This world has become so competitive, and it's discouraging oftentimes. However, it is important that we don't give up. Just look at how far you've come, and be satisfied with who you are, at this very moment. It's important that you take time for yourself, in these types of circumstances. Take a walk, go run your hair under the shower, listen to music... and just reflect on the things that make you happy, and what you have done, that's made a positive impact on someone else's life. I believe that one can discover their passions by taking into consideration, what makes them happy, and what they do that makes others happy. Just always remember, that you ARE good enough, and you will ALWAYS be good enough. As long as you are persistent, try your best, and look for things that make you happy, there will never be disappointment. I believe in you. Students around the world believe in you. YOU CAN DO IT. :)
