Existing Merit Multipliers?

Besides a note on a multiplier from a friend joining the site by invitation, the information on merit multipliers is really vague.

What are the current existing multipliers? Have they been put into effect yet? Is a friend accepting an invitation the only way to get a multiplier?

Hey there!

Great question! You can gain merit multipliers by completing several tasks on the CollegeVine site and taking proactive steps in your college admissions journey. Some of these tasks include joining our school communities, entering our weekly scholarships, completing your CV profile, etc.

As for scholarship entries, if you achieve a Merit Multiplier, your Karma bid will be multiplied by your Merit Multiplier, increasing your number of entries into a drawing.

I hope this helps!

There are two ways I know to get more merit multiplier. The first is to join the communities listed on the scholarship page, and the second is to join the scholarship raffle every week. You can find the information in the scholarship entry if you scroll over.
