summer pre-college programs, internships, research opportunities for high school students?

Hi, I'm a current sophomore in high school and I'm trying to find some summer programs that accept sophomores (most that I've found only accepted juniors and seniors). Does anyone know of any pre-college programs, internships, or research opportunities that I can apply for? I'm particularly interested in the stem/biology/medical field, and I want to do some programs to boost my college application for prestigious universities.

Thank you for the links. Is there a list for sophomores/rising juniors in Florida because that's where I live? I saw that some of them are for students in a certain state.

Thank you so much for your help. Unfortunately I was rejected from all the programs I applied to. Do you have any ideas on what other things I can do this summer to improve my chances of getting into a top university? I'm interested in biology and medical fields.

@sophia.rn The next best thing would be doing activities at home. If you go far with one of them, e.g. building a profitable business, it could look even better than doing a highly rated summer program.
