I can only give you mine:
I had a 4.0, took 7 AP classes (Chem, Physics B, Bio, Calc BC, Micro Econ, US History, World History) and scored 5s on all of them. Despite this, a strong extracurricular spike in music, good essays, and near perfect SAT and SAT II scores, I was still waitlisted at Harvard! I was accepted the next year as a transfer applicant.
