Just don't stress too much about it. You've already put in a lot of work. If you do your best and don't overthink it, you are going to do just fine. Don't forget to do things like bubble your answers as you go and mark the questions to look at again and to guess if you don't know an answer.
If you really feel you need to cram, just do some practice on Khan Academy, but I would recommend it in case you start stressing too much.
