What extracurricular activitys should I do? Or what are some that don't involve clubs..Answered
I am currently starting my junior year. My school barley has any clubs, and my goal is to become a surgeon. I recently started on an independent research project / paper with my shop instructor. (I attend a trade school) But I have no idea what to do for some EC's. There's not really much volunteer oppurtunites in my city at the moment.

Hi! I'm starting junior year as well! I would say maybe intern at a medical facility or do another research project, but this time, about the certain field of surgery (if you have one) you would like to go into. AND you could probably go to a community college near you and sign up for a college level class about surgery or pre-med. Good luck!
You could try for internships paid or unpaid, tutor, or start your own club. My school doesn't have a lot of clubs either. So I totally get where your coming from
Some things that you could do include Job Shadowing, Internships, Online Courses or Certifications, Community Projects, Music, or Theater.
