Newbie help?

Hi to everyone who sees this, I'm a 10th grade student (this year 11th) . I'm new to this app and I really want to know more about it , I have many questions like , is it effective? Did it help anyone with their applications ? Are the essay reviews genuine ? What can I do in the 11th grade to level up my chances and acceptance rates ?

I come from not a very known country and my parents don't really work the jobs so I can pay for college tuition outside of my state . Getting a scholarship into an Ivy school to study medicine is my literal dream and it would help me a lot .

All kinds of ideas would really help , whether its for my college essay , extracurriculars etc. I have a high GPA (5.0 out of 5.0 throughout all my years in school) but that alone wont really help me get a scholarship.

Another thing I want to know is about the standardised test such as TOEFL , SAT , Duolingo etc .How hard were they and how was the whole process?

P.s. I will update my profile , I just did it fast as to make a profile!

Hi! to answer you first question: YES it's very effective. its very helpful too. I learned- and am still learning!- a lot.

I don't know a lot for an ivy league school bc I want to be a teacher, BUT I will keep an eye out if that's helpful to you!

also, you're already doing so well! a 5.0 gpa is amazing. for now keep up the amazing work, but I'll keep you in mind and I'll research for you if you want!
