Studying

do you guys have any fool proof study methods? as someone with ADHD who's trying to get into a higher ranked school, studying can be rough

Use a timer... for every 30 minutes of studying, take a 15-minute break. COME BACK!!! Lock in for those 30 minutes, make sure you use them on what you need to get stronger in. Do this for 2 or 3 hours each day. Watch short TikTok videos of hacks for the rules and formulas needed for the exam. Good Luck, you got this!

As someone with severe OCD and symptoms of ADHD, I feel your pain.

Try getting your heart rate up. Run up and down the stairs a few times, drink or touch something very hot or cold, watch a quick horror movie. Excite your brain into focus.

In general, get good sleep, get physical activity daily, and drink lots of water. It helps. Try stretching as well.

Fidget toys can be helpful to some. There are plenty to try out- personally, I like ones with weight, resistance and spikes. But everyone is different.

That is true. However, I know some students that have autism but are extremely smart and extending in some part like physics, which means that they are not stupid.
