Graduating early can be a positive aspect of your application if you show your academic readiness and continue being involved in extracurricular activities. It's also important to make sure that this decision aligns with your personal readiness and future goals.

I don't necessarily believe that it would affect your chances of getting into college. I think that it is a great way to show that you are ready for the next chapter of your life and show that you are academically ready for the next move in your life.

I do think that it could be used against you as well. Sometimes, universities may be stuck on who to admit: you or another person. Let's say hypothetically that you and that other person have very very very similar applications. It is literally going to be just one thing that is going to give you or that other person the edge. Graduating early might prevent you from getting that one thing that will put you over the edge because the other person had more time to complete things before applying.

I really don't think it's necessary to think in this manner though because there are hundreds of thousands of students that graduate early, apply, and get in perfectly fine. I think you should just do what you want and not worry too much on things like that! Good luck!
