My freshman year, I did really badly. Had a 3.6 GPA; in my sophomore year, I had a 4.1 GPA; and now, in the first Quarter of junior year, I have a 4.1. What do y'all think I should do?
If you think you can handle it I'd take more APs. I've been told by a lot of mentors and college admissions officers that it's more impressive to take hard classes and get slightly lower grades than take normal or easier classes and get really high grades. if you take more AP etc... it'll boost your GPA anyway even if your actual average is lower. (I'm not sure if that's how it's factored at your school, at mine, APs yield a 1.2 boost and Honors a 1.1)
It's the same as my school, and I think I might just go with what you said, cuz right now I'm a junior taking a few AP and CCP classes, but I'm thinking of taking all AP classes and CCP classes my senior year.
Great!
