As much as I do NOT like IXL... They do have bundles of skills specifically for test prep, including PSAT, SAT, and even ACT. I find it helps me a lot.

Lowkey, did you purchase any SAT review materials? I'd highly recommend you buy the "Princeton Review Digital SAT Premium Prep, 2026: 6 Full-Length Practice Tests (3 in Book + 3 Adaptive Tests Online) + Online Flashcards + Review & Tools" book by Princeton Review. The first test I took after purchasing the book (no going over material), I had only ~1000 (Got 1000 on 2 practice tests. One through the Princeton Review and one through Bluebook).

After I went through all the book's materials, I reached 1300! A 300-point difference makes the book worth $40. If you're aiming higher, you NEED to go over what your weak spots are. Take a bluebook practice SAT. After that, download the report for easier understanding. If you don't understand it, feed it into ChatGPT and ask it what you need to work on.

If you're willing to drop some money, I've had a few friends take the "Princeton Review 1400+ Guarantee Course" by Princeton Review. The guarantee is that if you don't reach 1400 (if you score 1250+ on your first test), OR don't get a 250+ point difference (if your original SAT score is <1250), then you get a refund. One of my friends just told me that they allow you to retake the course. I think they sell the course for $1700. In addition to that, you can finance it through Affirm. They also have a 1500+ course.

I'm cruising around a 1300 and am planning to take the DSAT on 12/6/2025. If I get AT LEAST 1450, I'm good, but if I don't, then I'll definitely request my parents to put me in the Princeton Review 1400+ course.

Also, remember that good SAT scores and grades depend on what type of institution you're trying to attend. If you want to get into a prestigious, more non-liberal institution, then these matters. But if you're trying to get into a more liberal institution, then they don't have a HUGE impact on your chances of getting in. But you should always attempt your grades, and SAT scores are high for safety.

Hope this helps you, and best of luck on the SAT!

What's DSAT

DSAT stands for Digital Scholastic Aptitude Test

(I'm being too formal here.🥀

It's just the Digital SAT)

No, it's fine!

You just taught me that SAT is NOT Student Ability Test, it's Scholastic Aptitude Test. Thank you. (LoL Student ability test sounds so dumb)
