What more do I need?

I'm a junior in HS, almost done with first semester. I would argue that I have a pretty decent balance between school and extracurriculars. I'm a part of HOSA, Science Olympiad, ESA (environmental student association), SASA (south asian student association), and ASU (asian student association). Athletics-wise, I was JV tennis freshman year and a floater sophomore year, but I don't really plan on playing D1 or anything. More likely than not, I'll just do tennis club if it's available at university. I'm also an Eagle Scout, and I've had plenty of internships/volunteering, in my opinion.

My single worry as of now, other than standardised testing, is my lack of leadership. My only true leadership accolade is Eagle Scout, but overall, I don't think it's enough. I did try to start a club in 10th grade, but it went nowhere.

What more do I need to make myself a better university candidate? Any suggestions?

I agree with the previous comment--try for a leadership role next year by at least running for a few. And with Eagle Scouts, try to do one or more service projects. They often aren't thought of as leadership positions, but are in reality a lot stronger on an application as they indicate a higher level of work and involvement on your part.

In my personal opinion, Most leadership positions happen in senior year. Try running for a leadership postition in the ESA or the Science Olympiad.
