In class 9, I had a low percentage of around 80-85%, which I improved to 99.95% in class 10. After participating in numerous extracurricular activities and leading summits, I achieved 93% in grade 11, and finally, in 12th grade, I scored 97%. So would my 9th grade make admission officers say no?

A common misconception about colleges, the prestigious ones especially, is that they only accept you if you're perfect. Clearly, your grading track shows growth, which colleges value. The drop in grade 11 might concern me a bit, but remember, admissions review you holistically, so grades are not even close to the most important thing. As long as you demonstrate passion, leadership, and growth in your activities and essays, you're doing pretty well.
While GPA plays a crucial role in College Admissions, Colleges also look for an upward trend in your grades which, overall, you seem to have. Another important consideration is your course rigor. Colleges want to see that you are challenging yourself more and more each year. Your 9th grade grades might make it harder to get accepted but likely wont be the sole reason admission officers might reject your application.
