While filling out the FAFSA, there will be a section where you will choose the colleges that will receive your FAFSA. The same form will be sent to all selected colleges.

Along with the FAFSA, some colleges might also require you to fill out the CSS Profile which is available on the Collegeboard website.

The FASFA is, and can be applied to, any college you apply to! It determines how much you have to contribute to your college in terms of money based on your personal life. (ex. family income, your personal income, if you ever gotten wavers, etc.)

This is just what I know, but I hope this helps!
