Collegevine Chancing system

Hello, since UC does not look at 9th grade, could someone tell me what the middle 50 percentile GPA range is? Or is the GPA range listed in Collegevine the actual range when 9th grade is disregard?

Here is the data they have for the class admitted in 2020: https://admission.ucla.edu/apply/freshman/freshman-profile. Only 2% of the admitted class had a weighted GPA of 3.84 or lower which is equivalent to a 3.52 unweighted.
