From UC Berkeley to Stanford, is it possible?

I'm a junior thinking about my college options and have heard some chatter of people transferring from UC Berkeley to Stanford. I'm not saying UC Berkeley isn't great, enough evidence to that, but if I wanted to move from UC Berkeley to Stanford, how would I go about it? Any advice would be appreciated!
