How binding is Tufts early decision process?

I am seriously considering applying to Tufts under their early decision program. How binding is this decision? If I get accepted, am I100% committed to attending or is there any wiggle room? Thanks for any input!

The Early Decision (ED) program at Tufts University, like at many other colleges and universities, is a binding process.
