ACT Scores for Northwestern

Hey, does anyone know what the typical ACT score range is for applicants accepted to Northwestern University? I've got a score in mind I'm shooting for, but I want to align my goals with what's realistically expected.

Sure, I can share some information on that. Northwestern is highly selective and most accepted students have ACT scores that are very competitive. For the most current year available, the middle 50% ACT range for accepted students was between 33 and 35. This means that 25% of accepted students scored below 33 and another 25% scored above 35.While your ACT score is important, remember it's just one part of the application process. Northwestern also looks at your grades, rigor of your high school curriculum, essays, letters of recommendation, extracurriculars, and more as part of a holistic admissions process.Keep in mind as well that while achieving a score in this range indicates that you're academically capable, it does not guarantee admission. Northwestern University is looking for students who can contribute to their community in meaningful ways beyond just academics. So while it's good to aim high with your ACT score, don't forget to spend time on the other parts of your application!
