When should I start adding dual enrollment classes to my Common App?

Hey everyone, I'm a little bit stressed about making sure everything is in order for my applications. I'm taking some dual enrollment courses and I'm not quite sure how to add them to the Common App. Also, when's the ideal time to start filling out this part? Thanks in advance for the help!

Hey there! It's great that you're being proactive about your college applications. Dual enrollment courses should be added to the Common App as part of your high school transcript, as they are technically still part of your high school academic record. When you list your high school information, there will be an option to indicate that you've taken college-level coursework. This is where you can mention your dual enrollment classes.

As for timing, it's never too early to begin entering your coursework into the Common App. In fact, starting to fill out this section during the summer before your senior year can be a good strategy as it allows you more time to focus on essays and other important fall activities during your senior year.

Just make sure you keep your information updated as you complete your courses. Best of luck with your applications!
