Physics has always been my thing, and as I'm considering colleges to apply to, I've been trying to find schools known for their Physics programs. If any of you could point me to some top colleges for Physics majors in the US and perhaps share what makes their programs stand out, that would be awesome.

Therefore, it's always a good idea to also consider 'safety' and 'match' schools known for strong Physics programs such as University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, University of Michigan, or University of Wisconsin–Madison.
