For studying psychology abroad, there are quite a few universities that offer excellent programs. I'll mention some popular choices below.

1. University of Cambridge (U.K.): Their undergraduate course, Psychological and Behavioural Sciences (PBS), allows students to study cognitive, social, developmental, and biological psychology, while incorporating elements from philosophy, sociology, and education.

2. University of Toronto (Canada): The psychology program is comprehensive and provides a broad understanding of the field, applicable in many professions.

3. University of Melbourne (Australia): Their Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology is well-regarded and provides students the opportunity to study a wide range of psychology topics.

4. University of Leiden (Netherlands): Offers a BSc. in Psychology taught in English.

5. University College London (U.K.): Known for its BSc in Psychology which provides a well-rounded knowledge of the subject.

6. University of Zurich (Switzerland): Their psychology programme is reputable and can offer a unique experience to learn in a multilingual environment.

Before you decide on any university, do thorough research. Consider factors such as the course content, faculty, methods of teaching, quality of research opportunities, and how well the program suits your career goals. Furthermore, look at cost, visa rules, local culture, and living conditions as they will impact your overall experience. It's also a good idea to reach out to current students or alumni to hear about their experiences. Lastly, keep an eye on application deadlines and requirements as they may vary from school to school. Good luck in your search!
