In search of Wisconsin's finest Computer Science colleges

I'm into Algorithms, Binary trees, you got it - Computer Science! I'm currently narrowing down my college choices. So, anyone here from Wisconsin or anyone who's knowledgeable about colleges there, which ones do you think are best for a computer science major?
