What's the least common college mascot?

Just a fun question because I was thinking about it in terms of uniqueness, what's the least common college mascot? I'm interested in the more wild and out there ones. Thanks!

There are some truly unique college mascots out there! One such example is the University of California, Santa Cruz's mascot, the Banana Slug. A banana slug is a type of mollusk common to the forest floor in the Santa Cruz area, making it both unique and tied to the local region.

Another rather uncommon mascot is Artie the Fighting Artichoke from Scottsdale Community College. The mascot was chosen in the 1970s when students learned that funds meant for academic programs were being used for athletics. They decided to vote for a new mascot, choosing among the artichoke, the rutabaga, or the scoundrel, as a form of protest. The artichoke won, and a local artist gave Artie his fierce appearance.

Among Division I schools, with their slew of tigers, lions, and bulldogs, Western Kentucky University stands out with Big Red, an amorphous, blob-like red creature that's beyond description.

And then there's the mascot of Evergreen State College in Washington state: Speedy, the Geoduck. Pronounced "gooey-duck", it's a type of clam native to the Northwest and known for its unusually long neck.

While these may not all be "least common" in the literal sense, I'd say they certainly qualify in the spirit of your question!
