Least Writing-Heavy Majors?

Writing is not my strong suit, so I was wondering, are there any college majors that require the least amount of writing? I'm trying to pick a pathway that wager on my strengths.

Sure, there are a number of majors that typically require less writing compared to others. These tend to be more focused on quantitative skills. Here are a few examples:

1. Mathematics: This major will mostly focus on problem solving, logical reasoning, and theoretical understanding rather than writing.

2. Computer Science: While you certainly will do a lot of "writing" in terms of coding, the type of writing you probably have in mind -- essays, research papers, etc -- is typically less emphasized in this major.

3. Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, etc): These majors are generally more project and problem-solving oriented, revolving around applying scientific and mathematical principles to real-world applications.

4. Certain Business majors: For instance, finance or accounting focus more on data analysis and numerical problem solving.

5. Some Science majors: Like Physics or Chemistry where the focus is primarily on experiments and laboratory work.

Remember, though, your ability to communicate well - which includes writing - will be crucial no matter which field you end up in. Even in less writing-intensive majors, you'll likely still have to write reports or give presentations. It may also be worth investing some time in improving your writing skills, as it could open up more doors for you.

Also, the exact degree of writing required can vary by school, as different programs may have different curricular emphasis, so it's always a good idea to look into the specific requirements of the programs at the schools you're interested in.
