Colleges with the most beautiful campuses?

Hi all! Is it weird that the physical look of the campus is quite important for me? It's going to be my home for 4 years, after all! :) So, can anyone share what are the colleges known for having really beautiful campuses? Pics would be pretty dope.

Not weird at all! The surroundings in which you live and learn for the next four years will indeed contribute to your overall college experience. Here are a few institutions known for their beautiful campuses:

1. Swarthmore College: Often topping lists of beautiful campuses, Swarthmore College's scenic campus is home to an arboretum that provides plenty of green space for outdoor studies or relaxation.

2. Stanford University: Stanford's campus stands out due to its distinctive California mission-style architecture. The entire campus is scenic, with extensive green spaces, palm trees, and beautifully maintained grounds.

3. University of Virginia: Founded by Thomas Jefferson, UVA's campus is a UNESCO World Heritage site, no less. The campus is known for its historical and architecturally significant buildings.

4. Pepperdine University: Nestled in the hills of Malibu, California, Pepperdine offers striking views of the Pacific Ocean. The Mediterranean-inspired architecture complements the beautiful landscape.

5. Princeton University: Known for its Ivy-covered, gothic-style buildings, Princeton's campus has a charming old-world feel.

6. Duke University: The university's Gothic-style West Campus and the Botanical Gardens in the Sarah P. Duke Gardens are among the beautiful spaces here.

7. Berry College: Set against the backdrop of mountains and forests in Georgia, Berry College boasts of the largest contiguous campus in the world. It includes fields, woodlands, and an entire system of hiking, biking, and horseback riding trails.

Remember, you can check out the campus virtually through each college's official website or other online platforms that feature virtual tours. It's not the same as seeing it in person, but it could give you a pretty good impression.
