Options for a Military College in Rhode Island

Hey guys, I've been really considering a military college path after high school. Does anyone know if there are any good military colleges in Rhode Island?

While there isn't a U.S. Federal Service Academy located in Rhode Island, there is a university that offers a program with a strong military focus. It's the Naval Reserve Officer Training Corps (NROTC) at Brown University. This program combines regular college education with military training, and upon completion, students receive a commission as officers in the United States Navy or United States Marine Corps.

In addition, Brown University also offers a program called "Navy-Option", which allows students who are not on scholarship to participate in Naval ROTC and compete for a two or three-year scholarship.

For a broader search, you may want to consider colleges or universities in nearby states that host ROTC programs or a military college like the United States Military Academy in New York or the Massachusetts Maritime Academy in Massachusetts.

Remember, the choice of a military college goes beyond academics, it is a commitment to a certain lifestyle and possibly a certain career path. So you should take into account whether or not this fits with your personal goals and aspirations.
