Pretty unique question here, haha. But I'm really into fashion and I'm curious to know if any colleges are known for having notably fashionable students. It's not a deal-breaker, just curious!
While it's not an official metric that colleges track, there are definitely some schools where fashion tends to be a bigger part of the culture. Parsons School of Design at The New School and Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT) in New York City are both very popular with students interested in fashion, and you'll likely find that a lot of students there dress in a way that reflects that passion.
On the West Coast, Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles has a highly regarded fashion design program, so you might find a similar atmosphere there.
Outside of fashion-specific schools, universities located in major cities, such as New York University or the University of Southern California, often have students who dress up-to-date due to the influence of city's fashion scene.
Also, Ivy League schools like Brown University or Yale often have a reputation for having well-dressed students, perhaps in part due to the preppy trends that are popular in the Northeast.
Keep in mind though, that fashion is very subjective and personal. What you consider fashionable might be totally different from someone else's perspective. In any case, college is a great opportunity to express yourself and your style, wherever you end up!
