Online Colleges for Military?

So, I'm in the military and I've been thinking about furthering my education with online college courses. I've seen several options online, but I'm not sure which ones are legit and best suited for someone with military background. Can anyone recommend the most popular or reputable online colleges for military personnel?

One of the best options for military personnel is American Military University (AMU), which is a part of the accredited American Public University System. Their flexible learning model is designed to accommodate military schedules and service duties. The university offers more than 200 online degrees and certificates in various fields of study. They also accept military training for college credit, which could help you complete your degree faster.

Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) is another good option. They're a nonprofit, accredited institution and they offer over 200 online degree programs. They also offer tuition discounts up to 30 percent for active duty and their spouses, and have dedicated advisors for military students.

The University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) is also worth considering. It is a regionally accredited university that specializes in providing quality online education for military personnel. UMGC accepts American Council on Education (ACE) credit recommendations in transfer credit determinations for military training and experience.

Lastly, Arizona State University's (ASU) online program is routinely ranked among the best in the nation by U.S. News & World Report. They offer over 200 online degree programs and a reduced tuition rate for military personnel. Their Pat Tillman Veterans Center might also be a resource of interest.

Choosing an online college is a big decision, so I would recommend researching these and other options more thoroughly. Look at what degrees they offer, how well they cater to military lifestyles, and what kind of student support they provide (e.g. dedicated advisors, career services, etc.).
