Community Colleges in California with Low Enrollment

I'm starting to think community college might be a good fit for me before transferring to a four-year university. I'm interested in ones in California with a smaller student body to make it feel more personal. Does anyone know community colleges with a smaller enrollment number in California?

Absolutely, there are several community colleges in California known for their smaller student body size. One of these is MiraCosta College in Oceanside, California, a community college with around 10,000 full-time students.

Another option could be Foothill College in Los Altos Hills, which also boasts a small student population of around 15,000 students. This college is lauded for its strong transfer programs to four-year institutions.

Lastly, you might find College of the Siskiyous to be an appealing choice. Located in Weed, California, this school has an enrollment of fewer than 2,500 students, making it one of the smallest community colleges in the state.

While these schools possess smaller student bodies, they still offer a rich variety of courses and activities. Importantly, all of these schools have transfer agreements with several four-year institutions in California which can facilitate students' transition into those institutions. So rest assured, even with a smaller student population, you'll be afforded excellent opportunities for academic and personal growth.
