Find me Conservative-leaning Colleges in Massachusetts

Hi all, I'm from Massachusetts, born and bred, and hoping to stay local for college. I identify more strongly with conservative values and I feel a college sharing those values would make a better fit for me. Can anybody suggest conservative-leaning colleges in Massachusetts?

Sure, I can provide a few suggestions. It's important to note that while colleges tend not to officially align with political leanings, the general political climate on campus can often reflect the values and ideals of its students and staff.

1. Gordon College in Wenham, MA: Known as a Christian liberal arts college, Gordon College tends to attract a more conservative student body due to its spiritual and theological emphasis.

2. Assumption College in Worcester, MA: Assumption is a Catholic college and is known to have a more conservative leaning student body relative to other institutions in the state. The curriculum includes a strong emphasis on liberal arts as well.

3. College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA: Another Catholic institution, Holy Cross attracts a fairly moderate to conservative student demographic.

4. Stonehill College in Easton, MA: A private Roman Catholic college, Stonehill is known for its more conservative campus culture as well, although like any college, there's probably a diversity of political thought among its students and faculty.

Remember, these are just some suggestions, and the best fit for you will depend on what you're looking for in terms of academic programs, campus culture, extracurricular opportunities, and more. Speak to current students, faculty, or alumni to get a good feel of the college's values and culture.
