Colleges with the most NFL players drafted?

Quick question folks. I'm an ambitious football player (hopefully my stats back me up on this) and I was wondering, does anyone know which colleges have most of their players making it to the NFL?

The most successful college football programs at sending their players to the NFL are generally large, Division I schools. Remember that each of these colleges has a very competitive football program, so you'd likely need to be a highly rated high school player to join the team. That being said, there are many different pathways to the NFL, and many players have found success coming from smaller schools as well.

Ultimately, your college decision should not just be about your potential football career, but also about your academic interests, financial situation, and overall fit with the school's culture and community.

If you're looking at raw numbers of players drafted into the NFL, here are the top five schools as of recent years, including a few of them from both the SEC and Big Ten:

1. University of Alabama: Alabama has not only been dominant on the college scene, but they have also had many players drafted into the NFL. This is due largely to the fact that they consistently have one of the top recruiting classes in the nation.

2. Ohio State University: Ohio State has a great football program and consistently sends a number of players to the NFL each year.

3. University of Southern California (USC): USC has a very large number of their players drafted into the NFL, largely due to their strong history of successful football.

4. Louisiana State University (LSU): In recent years, LSU has consistently maintained a high level of success both at the collegiate level and in sending players to the NFL.

5. University of Miami: Known as "The U," Miami has a storied football program and a tradition of sending players to the professional level.
