Colleges with less emphasis on Greek Life?

So, Greek Life isn't really my thing, and I'm trying to find colleges where it doesn't dominate the student culture. Any suggestions for colleges that might have the least amount of Greek life?

Sure, there are quite a few universities where Greek life doesn't dominate the student culture. To name a few:

1. Rice University in Houston, Texas has a residential college system similar to Oxford and Cambridge, where students are randomly placed into one of eleven colleges before they arrive on campus. It fosters a sense of community and camaraderie among the students, reducing the need for Greek life.

2. University of California, Berkeley has a fraction of students participating in Greek life thanks to the vast variety of student activities available.

3. Boston University in Massachusetts has a relatively low rate of Greek life enrollment. The focus on academics and breadth of student groups mean Greek Life isn't as pronounced.

4. Similarly, New York University (NYU) in New York has a fairly low percentage of students involved in Greek life due to its urban campus and the variety of other social Paris activities available.

5. Quaker schools like Swarthmore College and the University of Pennsylvania are also known for having smaller Greek systems.

Remember, the presence of Greek life doesn't necessarily mean it will dominate a campus's culture. Be sure to consider the student population size, the percentage of students involved in Greek life, and the range of options for other clubs and organizations on campus.
