Best online college for military personnel?

Anyone here know some good online colleges fit for someone in the military? I'll be joining soon and I thought it would be a great idea to keep up with my education during service.

Certainly, there are a number of online colleges that are well-suited for military personnel and provide a range of program offerings, as well as generous policies for military service credit.

1. Arizona State University - ASU is frequently recognized for being military-friendly and also offers a robust selection of online degree programs. For eligible active duty military and reservists, ASU Online offers a special military tuition rate.

2. Penn State World Campus - This school is part of the Pennsylvania State University system and offers more than 150 online degree and certificate programs. It also has a long history of serving the military, dating back to World War II.

3. Excelsior College - Excelsior College is known for being particularly welcoming to military students. They offer a free evaluation of your military training for college credit, which could help expedite your progress toward a degree.

4. University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) - UMGC is a strong option, especially for those stationed overseas, as they have a strong presence on overseas military installations. They offer a comprehensive suite of online programs.

5. Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University-Worldwide - If you're interested in aviation, aeronautics, or aerospace, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University-Worldwide is a good military-friendly choice with strong online learning capabilities.

Remember to explore these options thoroughly to see which ones might best align with your educational goals and military commitments. You may also want to consider if the school offers support services specifically for military and veteran students, like a dedicated advisor, as this can help make your educational journey smoother.
