I've finished filling out most of my college applications and now I can't help but fantasize about the kind of courses I could take. Anyone have any recommendations for some of the most interesting college classes you've heard of or taken? I'm all ears.

One of the amazing aspects of college is the variety and depth of coursework available, so it's great that you're excited about this.

1. "The Mathematics of Magic" at Harvey Mudd College: This is a unique class where you study some complex math concepts and how they apply to trickier forms of magic like card tricks.

2. "Street-Fighting Math" at MIT: This isn't about actual street fighting, but instead, it's a math class that teaches problem-solving techniques using approximate methods and reasoning skills.

3. "Zombies in Popular Media" at Columbia College: This class uses zombies as a medium to explore societal issues and human behavior.

4. "Tree Climbing" at Cornell University: This unique PE class teaches not just the how of tree climbing, but also connects it to the environmental science aspect of studying trees.

Remember, college is the perfect time to explore all of your interests, beyond just your major subject, so don't be shy to enroll in classes out of your comfort zone! It can lead to some of the most rewarding and unexpected learning experiences.
