I'm seeing some college teams that just seem to keep winning game after game, season after season. What's their secret sauce? Is it a result of their rigorous training programs, strong team culture, exceptional coaching, or something else?

There's indeed a strategy behind the consistent success of certain college sports teams across different sports. It often comes down to a combination of factors rather than a single secret ingredient. Successful teams are often found at colleges that emphasize their sports programs, therefore attracting talented athletes.
