North Georgia Military College, also known as the University of North Georgia (UNG), is located in the city of Dahlonega, Georgia. Dahlonega is situated in the northern part of Georgia, approximately an hour's drive away from Atlanta, one of the state's major cities. UNG also has several satellite campuses across the state but the main campus where the Corps of Cadets program is located is in Dahlonega.
