Colleges with most top 1 percent earners - where to find info?

Hey guys, so I've been hearing a lot about colleges with high percentages of grads who end up in the top 1% of earners. Any idea where I can find this kind of information?

Sure, you can find this type of information by utilizing databases that track the earnings of college graduates. One resource is the "College Scorecard" created by the U.S. Department of Education. The Scorecard provides insights into the earnings of graduates from specific institutions 1, 5, and 10 years after graduation. This data can provide a general sense of how well alumni do financially.

Another useful tool is the "Opportunity Insights' Mobility Report Cards" which allows you look up specific colleges and see earnings information at different percentiles along with measures of upward income mobility. For example, you can see the percent of students that moved from the bottom fifth of income as dependents to the top fifth as adults.

Remember, while it's great to have this information, it's only part of the picture. Your individual success can depend on a number of factors, including your chosen field of study, your individual passion and talents, networking and job search capabilities. Always consider your own interests and goals as well as these statistics when choosing a college.
