Hi, guys. I'm going to be attending Northampton Community College Monroe Campus this fall. To lighten my workload, I'd love to take some enjoyable or fun classes. Anyone attended and had any class they absolutely loved or found very enjoyable?
Absolutely, exploring different classes can be a great way to lighten your course load while exploring potential new interests or hobbies. While personal interests can greatly vary, many students find that courses in the humanities or arts can be quite enjoyable. These might include classes in theater, creative writing, music, or art history, which often involve engaging discussions or hands-on projects.
A few students I've heard from find that sociology and psychology classes can be intriguing as well if they enjoy understanding human behavior and society. On a similar note, environmental science or astronomy can be fascinating too if you appreciate comprehending our world and beyond.
Remember, any course can become enjoyable if you have an interest in the subject matter or a passion to learn about it. Look for professors who are passionate about their subject and can make the class interactive and engaging, those classes tend to be the most enjoyable.
Also be sure to check out the different clubs, organizations, and intramural sports on campus. These can also be an excellent way to enjoy your time outside of classes while continuing to learn and grow. Have a great time at Northampton Community College!
