High School that Admits the Most to Cal Tech

This might seem odd, but out of curiosity, does anyone know which high school has had the most students admitted to Cal Tech? It's just something I've been wondering about while preparing my college application.

While specific data on which high school sends the most students to Caltech is not readily available to the public, you can often find that schools with rigorous STEM programs and a history of high achievers often send more students to top tier tech-focused schools like Caltech. That being said, bear in mind Caltech's admissions process isn't focused on the high school one comes from, but rather on individual merit, interests, and potential.

Caltech particularly values students who have demonstrated significant achievement in the STEM fields, are deeply passionate about scientific inquiry, and will contribute to the campus community in a meaningful way. So, rather than focusing on which school sends the most students, it's more beneficial to focus on strengthening your profile in accordance with Caltech's values. This can involve excelling in challenging coursework, especially in math and science, scoring well on the SAT or ACT in the math and science sections (since Caltech is not a test-blind institution), and engaging in top-tier extracurriculars like research projects, prestigious competitions, and leadership roles.

In essence, your emphasis should remain squarely on your own personal and academic growth, and not be swayed by the trends at certain schools. Remember, colleges like Caltech are more interested in the individual student than where their high school happens to be.
