Most expensive houses in College Station?

Just out of curiosity and getting a sense of the local real estate market, does anyone know what are the most expensive homes in College Station? Not necessarily buying but I'd like a peek into the housing situation around the college towns I'm considering.

College Station, home to Texas A&M University, is known for its diverse real estate market with a broad range of home prices. In terms of the most expensive homes, there are several neighborhoods that typically have higher-priced real estate.

First, the South side of College Station, especially neighborhoods around Highway 6 and Barron Road such as Castlegate, Pebble Creek, and Indian Lakes, have some of the priciest homes. These areas are typically characterized by larger lot sizes, custom builds, and high-end finishes.

Another notable area is Traditions, a private golf course community near the Texas A&M Health Science Center. Here, homes – often lavishly appointed – can easily reach into the millions.

Additionally, Eastgate and Southside Historic areas, which are located near the TAMU campus, also have homes at the higher end of the market. These regions are attractive due to their proximity to downtown Bryan and the university, and they are known for their luxurious, historic homes.
