Most International Colleges?

I've always loved learning about other cultures and I'm thinking of studying abroad in college. Are there colleges that are known to have a really diverse international student body and robust study abroad programs?

Yes, absolutely! Many colleges have a diverse international student body that will provide you with a multicultural experience, even if you're staying stateside. Plus, there are some colleges known for their robust study abroad programs.

For starters, the University of Southern California (USC) has a remarkable international student population, with almost a quarter of their student population coming from abroad. They offer a plentiful selection of study abroad programs and majors with global focuses.

Similarly, New York University (NYU) has students from over 130 different countries. NYU also has a global network of degree-granting campuses, making it a prime choice if you're interested in international studies. These campuses are located in Abu Dhabi, Shanghai, and the center of New York City itself. NYU students can easily study abroad at one of these locations or at one of NYU's 12 global academic centers.

Finally, Middlebury College in Vermont might be small but it is known for its language and international studies programs. They offer more than 40 programs in over 20 countries, and they also run the Middlebury C.V. Starr Schools Abroad in 16 countries.

These are just a few examples. When considering colleges, I'd recommend looking at the percentage of international students enrolled and the different study abroad programs offered to find a school that suits your interests in global studies.
