What is considered the Most Difficult College Class?

Has anyone run into that notorious course in college that just seems insurmountably hard? Let's say, if you had to rank one, which class would take the cake as the absolute toughest?

The difficulty of a college course can be subjective, depending largely on a student's academic strengths and personal interests.
