From the scope of academic resources to entertainment platforms, college students use a diverse array of websites. Below, I've categorized these websites to make them more manageable:

1. Academic Resources:

- Google Scholar: This is a freely accessible web which indexes the full text or metadata of scholarly literature across an array of publishing formats and disciplines.

- JSTOR: A digital library that holds numerous academic journals, books, and primary sources.

- Khan Academy: Offers practice exercises and video tutorials in multiple subjects.

- Quizlet: A great tool for creating digital flashcards or accessing those made by others.

- Chegg: Offers textbook rentals, homework help, online tutoring, and some scholarship opportunities.

2. University Info Portals:

- The college's official website: You'll find a plethora of information here - everything from academic programs, admissions data, financial aid info, campus resources, university events, and much more.

- College Confidential or the subreddit for the specific university: These platforms can provide student perspectives on your future college.

- Niche or CollegeVine: These platforms host reviews of universities, offer college comparison tools, and provide insights into various aspects of the college experience.

3. Job Hunting/Internships:

- LinkedIn: A networking tool to find internships, jobs, and to connect with professionals in your field.

- Indeed: A major job posting site where students can find employment and internship opportunities.

- Handshake: Specifically designed for students and new graduates, many colleges are using it to share job and internship postings with their student body.

4. Entertainment/Leisure:

- YouTube: Whether it's for entertainment, news, or learning new skills, YouTube is immensely popular among students.

- Reddit: Used by many to keep up with news, discussions, and various communities (subreddits).

- Netflix/Hulu/Disney+/HBO Max: Widely used platforms for streaming media content.

5. Healthy Living:

- MyFitnessPal: A popular app for tracking food intake, exercise, and nutrition information.

- Headspace: This website offers guided mindfulness and meditation practices.

Be aware that all students are different and have their own unique mix of websites on their daily rotation. However, the ones listed above are widely used and may be helpful as you navigate the college landscape.
