Best High School GPA Calculator?

I'm trying to keep track of my GPA, but I'm getting different results from different calculators I found online. Could someone recommend the most accurate high school GPA calculator?

If you're looking for a straightforward and effective high school GPA calculator, CollegeVine has a GPA tool that many students find reliable. It's easy to use; you input your classes, the level of the course (i.e., standard, Honors, AP, or IB), and the grade you received.

Having a clear understanding of your GPA is important because it gives you an idea of where you stand academically and could potentially influence your college list. However, keep in mind that different high schools may calculate GPAs slightly differently. The CollegeVine tool calculates your GPA on a standard 4.0 scale, but some high schools might use a weighted scale that goes up to 5.0 or higher for Honors or AP/IB classes.

Moreover, while GPA is an important piece of your academic profile, colleges also consider rigor of coursework, your school's grading policies, improvement in grades, the types of classes you've taken, and the trends in your grades. So while knowing your GPA can be useful, try not to hyper-focus on it and neglect these other significant aspects. Good luck with your GPA tracking!
