Can anyone point me to the most advanced Math class in High School?

Hey everyone, I'm presently on the lookout to push my boundaries in Math. What's the highest level Math class you can take while still in High School?

In most high schools, the most advanced mathematics course offered is AP Calculus BC or Dual Enrollment Calculus II, which are equivalent to second-semester college calculus. These classes typically require the completion of precalculus or sometimes even AP Calculus AB as prerequisites. AP Calculus BC covers topics like differential and integral calculus, sequences and series, and polar, vector, and parametric functions.

Some high schools also offer AP Statistics, which is not necessarily more advanced than calculus in terms of mathematical complexity, but it is another high-level math class that introduces different concepts and methods, focusing on probability, descriptive statistics, and inferential statistics.

However, if you're particularly invested in mathematics and have already surpassed these levels while in high school, you might want to investigate opportunities for further study outside your high school curriculum. Some students end up taking math courses at local colleges or online if they exhaust their high school's offerings. Alternatively, you could compete in mathematics competitions or invest your time in independent research or math-related extracurriculars, depending on your specific interests in math.
