So, I'm a junior on the West Coast and I've been thinking of doing the whole '2+2' thing after I graduate from high school. Can some of y'all recommend some of the most sought-after community colleges in California? What do they offer that others don't, and what can I expect? Feel free to share your experience if you've attended one!

As a starting point, Santa Monica College (SMC) is one of the most popular community colleges in California, primarily because of its well-established transfer pathway program. It has one of the highest transfer rates to universities like UC Berkeley and UC Los Angeles.
